"Japan ICT Week 2013" was held on October 23, 2013 (Wednesday) to October 25, 2013 (Friday) in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Our Company also participated as a sponsor. In the Offshore Development Forum on the second day, Chairman of our Company Nagase, taking "Application and Situation of High-speed Agile Process in Vietnam Offshore Development " as the title, gave speeches about the advantages of offshore development and actual situations of offshore agile development.
In addition, we also participated in the panel discussion about "What is the Win-Win offshore development between Japan and Vietnam? How to improve the technical and organizational capacity in a long run?"

During the speech, many attendants raised questions about agile development. Agile development received warm welcome and great attention in Vietnam. At the same time, the attendants began to have new understanding towards the main problems in the offshore development of Vietnam, i.e. communication (in Japanese) and high turnover rate of Vietnamese engineers. Application contest, JOB Fair, etc. were also held.
