Technologic Arts Incorporated (Yoshihide Nagase, President, Tokyo Japan) and New Technology/enterprise Ltd（Matthew Fowler, CEO, London United Kingdom）announced today their collaboration to connect both companies' products, PatternWeaver and JeeWiz, and to begin joint business development in Japan.

PatternWeaver, a UML modeling tool, supports analysis and design processes. JeeWiz accepts models created by PatternWeaver1 and generates source code in Java. The products are connected via XMI-formatted data exchange, enabling fully integrated and seamless MDA development from upper to lower processes.

New Technology/enterprise Ltd (http://www.nte.co.uk/), headquartered in London, UK, develops and sells the JeeWiz J2EE system and provides consulting and development services for Java/J2EE development. The JeeWiz generator is an MDA-style tool that creates validated architectures and application frameworks directly from UML models.
